What are your operating hours?
M-F 9am-6pm PST. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day
The Aisle Beauty support team is not available Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, and New Years Day.

What temperature should the product be stored in?
We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
We hope you are madly in love with your Aisle Beauty product. All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
